How do I off‑hire equipment?
Contact our support team to off-hire your equipment.
Email support@ahs-pi.co.uk with your hire contract number, site postcode and the date the kit will be ready for collection. We’ll confirm your off‑hire reference and book the courier.
Please ensure the equipment is clean and in good working order. Please notify us of any access restrictions to avoid failed collections. All deliveries and collections are via third‑party carriers and exact times cannot be guaranteed.
Equipment is inspected on return; damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
