Can I exchange equipment mid‑hire?

Yes. If the kit is faulty, we can arrange an exchange.

If your equipment develops a fault, we’ll arrange a like‑for‑like exchange. If you need a different specification, we can swap subject to availability and charges.

To request an exchange, email support@ahs-pi.co.uk with your hire contract number, site postcode, and a brief description of the issue. 

For suspected faults, our technicians will attempt to triage remotely. If the fault can’t be resolved on site, we’ll send a like‑for‑like replacement and arrange return of the original unit. 

If you need a different specification, we can supply an alternative unit subject to availability. Additional hire charges, rate differences, and/or carriage fees may apply.

Please have the returning kit clean and in good working order. Missing items, damage or excessive cleaning may incur charges.
